TP 300

TP 300 is one of the most popular pad printing inks world-wide.  Due to its good printability, TP 300 makes the process easy for pad printing beginners and helps experienced pad printers create real masterpieces.
It is suitable for printing on wood, coated surfaces, various plastics and even metals. The applications for ink range TP 300 are multifarious: from printing onto promotional items (lighters, pens etc.), printing of industrial articles (housings, mobile phones etc.) to high quality prints on collectors items like miniature models.  TP 300 can be processed with or without hardener.  When processed as a 2-component system, resistances and adhesion are improved.

TP 218

  • Glossy Finish
  • 2 component
  • Medium drying speed

TP 218 is suitable for a variety of applications, especially for the technical/industrial applications requiring high resistances.
Cured prints exhibit high mechanical resistances as well as good chemical resistances against organic solvents, thinned alkalis and acids, oils and grease.
Suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
Certified according to USP Medical Class VI, therefore can be used for printing on to medical devices.

TP 313

  • Glossy Finish
  • 1 or 2 component
  • Very quick drying speed.

TP 313 has been formulated with especially environmentally compatible raw materials. TP313 does not contain aromatics, GB-ester, cyclohexanone, BPA or PAH.
Suitable for printing on flat systems as well as high speed rotation systems.
Very good abrasion resistance is demonstrated, as well as resistance against alcohol and benzines.
Suitable for outdoor use.
Certified according to USP Medical Class VI, therefore can be used for printing on to medical devices.

TP318

  • 2 component ink
  • Medium gloss
  • Fast drying time
  • Easy printability even at high speeds

An especially environmentally compatible and user friendly ink system designed with technical and industrial applications in mind. TP 318 is exceptionally resistant on various “difficult” substrates such as glass, metals, pre-treated PP and PE, PMMA, PA as well as duroplastics.

This one ink could potentially replace various grades of ink you currently use, it’s versatility comes from the 2 different hardeners used, allowing it so cover such a broad range of materials.

Z/GL-S

  • Air dry or oven cure
  •  High resistance
  •  Glossy finish

Z/GL-S has been specially formulated for printing on Glass, ceramics, duroplastics and metals.

It has high mechanical resistance and resitance against many organic solvents, chemicals, thinned alkalies and acids, oils and grease as well as excellent water resistance, this ink is perfect for use on products such as glassware, ceramic cups and perfume bottles, to name a few.

TP/PP-A

  • 1 component ink
  •  Medium drying speed
  •  High Gloss

Polypropylene (PP) materials are generally difficult to print and can usually only be printed after pre-treatment such as corona, flame or with a specialised primer. TP/PP-A is an alternative for printing this difficult material without any pre-treatment.

This ink can be processed well on fast running pad printing equipment. As it is a 1 component ink TP/PP-A has limited resistances against chemicals, water and hand sweat and so is mostly used for promotional articles or disposables such as measuring cups or syringes. For higher resistance we recommend TP 300 with special additive FX 209 and TP 219 Hardener.

TP 218/GL

  • Resistant Ink system
  • High gloss
  • Slow drying speed

TP 218/GL is ideal for the special surface structure of glass or ceramics.Its also great for applications like promotional items as TP 218/GL can be dried at room temperature. For higher demand applications we advise oven curing at 140 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.
Once processed with special hardener TP 219/02-GL, this ink can even be used for printing on precious metals.

TP 253

  • Flexible ink for TPE, Santoprene and South Touch
  • High gloss
  • Slow drying speed

TP 253 is another ink that has been specially formulated to deal with notoriously difficult to print on materials such as TPE, Santoprene and soft touch.  Due to scratch sensitive and flexible nature of these substrates conventional inks cannot stand up to the challenge, TP253 is also suitable for natuaral and synthetic textiles and artifical leather.

TP 253 L

  • Flexible ink for Silicone
  • 2 component ink
  • Slow drying speed

TP 253 L is the only ink capable of printing on to silicone rubber. It contains no conventional solvents (100%) solids

TPI

  • For flexible and plasticised PVC
  • Satin gloss finish
  • 1 component

TPI is for the printing of thermoplastics such as PS, rigid PVC and plastics PVC and coated surfaces, however not for PE/PP.
This 1 component pad printing ink is quick drying, resulting in a satin-gloss finish. With the exception of the varnish (E50) these inks are  free from silicone.

TP 260

  • Outstanding resistances
  • Highest abrasion resistance
  • Medium drying speed

TP 260 is the go-to ink if all else fails. It can be difficult to work with and requires a high ratio of hardener (2:1) to acheive its unsurpassed cross-linkage but has the best possible abrasion resistance against organic solvents, acids and alkalis of all the inks.
